Patina Interiors was commissioned to develop a specialized engineering & 3D design for the Renewable & Sustainable Energy Research Centre by Technology Innovation Institute, focused on supporting advanced experimentation and applied research in clean energy. This project demanded a highly functional, technically responsive layout that could accommodate labs, equipment zones, and technical support areas. Patina’s design prioritized clarity, adaptability, and sustainability employing high-durability materials, smart circulation, and energy-efficient lighting. The result is a purpose-built environment that enhances scientific work while aligning with RSERC’s long-term sustainability and innovation goals.
